Equestrian Commerce Vendor Feedback Loop Policy

Policy Overview: As an equestrian advocate we are committed to helping fellow equestrians create a trusted and safe internet environment. By working together and by using the power of the internet, we can reward the positive behavior of good equestrian commerce vendors while identifying and hopefully eliminating confusion or inappropriate equestrian transactions. Equestrian Outreach does not market to, seek to solicit information from or knowingly collect information from children. All consumer reports must come from adult (18 years of age or older).

Types of Information We Collect and How We Collect It:  EO Equestrian Commerce Vendor (Vendor) Feedback Loop collects information from our site users. The information is experiential (Personal accounts) by our site users. Information about experiences with a specific equestrian vendor whether the experience was good or bad. We currently use direct contact from users via E-mail As this program grows we will also use a form collection method (filling out a survey or questionnaire). The information includes name, age, address, phone (optional) and E-mail address. THIS INFORMATION IS CONSIDERED PROPRIETARY AND IS NOT SHARED!

What We Do With the Information You Provide: Once we receive information about a particular equestrian commerce vendor, be it positive or negative; of a business transaction or other encounter. We create a response file for that vendor and accumulate a rating for that vendor. It is our policy not to rate any vendor who has less than 5 responses.

Equestrian Commerce Vendor Reporting Frequency: Consumers are free to submit vendor reports of a positive and negative nature without restriction; however consumers may only report a specific event once. Duplications of a specific event are not allowed or filed.

Equestrian Commerce Vendor Response: It is our policy to (on a case by case basis) notify and allow vendors to rectify negative reports, through us or directly to the consumer. Equestrian Outreach reserves the right to add or remove vendors based on their EO consumer rating.
