Oak Acres Farms Riding Clinic & Show Page

Summer 08 Weekend Riding Clinic Information

What is the purpose of a riding clinic? Oak Acres Farms (OAF) and respected equestrian Trainer / Instructor Mindy Underhill host riding clinics for rider / horse teams of all equestrian disciplines. OAF clinics are taught in what is universally referred to as the “English Riding Style”. OAF clinics emphasize safety first in all aspects of horse management while significantly improving the use aids which promote a more effective level of communication between rider and horse. This type of training for the horse and instruction for the rider is often referred to as a “tune up” and ultimately leads to a happier, more responsive horse and a much safer and enjoyable riding experience
