Equestrian Outreach Program Sponsorship Overview
(For safety reasons, Equestrian Outreach programs focus on Dressage-based student instruction and horse training.) Equestrian Outreach, a Lake Helen, Florida-based 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization (NPO) (application for 501(c)(3) IRS status is pending), is proud to offer program sponsorships for fellow equestrians who wish to make a difference. Our mission is to promote safe equestrianism and equine education—essentially, “humans helping horses and horses helping humans, safely.”
Current Programs
The following is a list of our current programs along with brief descriptions and links for more information, including times and locations:
- Sponsor a Child (Student) Program: This program focuses on guiding youth towards equestrianism and away from negative pursuits.
- Adopt a Horse Program: This initiative aims to address equine neglect and abuse by finding homes for needy horses and holding abusers accountable.
- Equine Assisted Therapy Program: Also known as "Therapeutic Horseback Riding," this therapy helps improve balance, coordination, focus, and social skills for individuals with various cognitive, physical, and emotional conditions.
- Summer Camp Program: To be announced.
- Cannas for Kids Program: We sell beautiful Canna flowers to help children, donating 60% of the proceeds.
- Cans for Kids Program: Helping children by promoting recycling and sustainability.

Program Sponsorships:
If you’re interested in becoming a program sponsor, please contact us with any questions or comments. All sponsors receive photos, a thank-you letter, a tax deduction receipt, and regular progress reports. Business or foundation sponsors receive promotional consideration.
